This page outlines the subscription plans, credit system, platform fees, and payout processes for CastProof. All prices are listed in USD.

1. Creator Subscription Tiers

CastProof offers three subscription tiers for Creators. Each tier includes a monthly allocation of generation credits and access to platform features.

2. Credit System

2.1 How Credits Work

Credits are the currency used to generate AI content on CastProof. Each generation consumes a set number of credits depending on the complexity and type of output.

2.2 Per-Generation Costs

Approximate credit costs per generation type:

Credit costs are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

2.3 Credit Expiration

Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless your plan explicitly states otherwise.

3. Model Fees

  1. Platform Fee. CastProof retains a 30% platform fee on all Model earnings. This fee covers platform infrastructure, AI processing, watermarking, enforcement, and support services.
  2. Earnings Calculation. Model earnings are calculated based on the licensing fees associated with each approved usage request. The Model receives 70% of the licensing fee; CastProof retains 30%.
  3. Fee Transparency. Models can view a detailed breakdown of all earnings, fees, and payouts through their dashboard.

4. Payout Process

4.1 Hold Period

All Model earnings are subject to a hold period of 14–30 days from the date of the approved generation. This hold period exists to allow for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and quality assurance.

4.2 Stripe Connect

Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Models must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts. CastProof does not process payouts through any other method.

4.3 Minimum Payout Threshold

The minimum payout threshold is $50.00 USD. Earnings below this threshold will accumulate until the minimum is met. Once the threshold is reached and the hold period has passed, payouts are processed automatically on a weekly basis.

4.4 Payout Schedule

Payouts are initiated every Monday for all eligible earnings. Bank processing times may add 2–5 business days depending on your financial institution and location.

5. Payment Methods

CastProof accepts the following payment methods for Creator subscriptions:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • ACH bank transfers (US only)
  • Wire transfers (Enterprise tier only)

All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

6. Refund Policy

  1. Subscription Fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  2. Unused Credits. Unused credits are not refundable and carry no cash value.
  3. Failed Generations. If a generation fails due to a platform error, the credits consumed will be automatically refunded to your account.
  4. Disputed Content. If content is taken down due to a valid DMCA or takedown request, credits may be refunded at CastProof's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing dispute or believe you were charged in error, please contact our billing team at billing@castproof.com. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the Governing Law section of our Terms of Service.
